After more than a decade working with teams like the Boston Red Sox and Oakland A’s, I learned what it takes to build a compelling pitch. At the Red Sox, I was a founding member of our Business Analytics team, where I helped onboard new tools and partnered with the sponsorship sales team to identify the right data to incorporate into their decks. At the A’s, I built performance dashboards, streamlined how teams used sponsor insights, and supported the sales team in securing a multi-year partnership with Coca-Cola—a deal the club had been pursuing for years. These experiences taught me how to turn raw data into stories that resonate.

Building on that experience, I launched Front Rowe Consulting to help organizations bring more clarity, strategy, and creativity to how they sell their value. Whether it’s crafting pitch decks, pulling insights from platforms like YouGov or Vision Insights, building dashboards in Tableau, or optimizing CRM and sponsorship tools, I specialize in turning complexity into clarity—and making sure your assets are seen and valued.
